1. Bookings & Payment

A booking is only final after written confirmation and payment of the required deposit.
For bridal assignments, a deposit is required to reserve the date.
For international assignments, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the assignment, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Travel Costs

A fee of €0.55 per kilometer is charged (round trip) from Zonhoven.
If the travel time exceeds 45 minutes (one way), an additional fee of €50 is added.
Any toll, parking, taxi, or public transport costs are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels, the deposit will be retained, regardless of the timing.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
If By Ashh cancels (due to medical or unforeseen reasons), the deposit will be fully refunded.

4. International Bookings

For international assignments, a minimum stay of one night is required if the assignment spans multiple days or includes long travel times.
Accommodation, flights, local transportation, and meals are the client’s responsibility or are to be agreed upon in advance.
Additional waiting times or rest days will be charged at a pre-agreed daily rate.
Visa or customs formalities are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

5. Hygiene & Health

Clients are expected to arrive with a clean face and clean, dry hair.
By Ashh uses only cleaned and disinfected materials.
If the client shows signs of skin infections, fever, or a contagious condition, the service may be refused.

6. Duration & Adjustments

Clients must arrive on time at the agreed location.
If the client arrives late, the service may be shortened without a price reduction.
Extra adjustments or additional services not originally agreed upon will be charged separately.

7. Liability

By Ashh is not responsible for allergic reactions. The client must inform in advance of any sensitivities or allergies.
By Ashh is not liable for damage to clothing or other belongings. Protective cloths are provided as needed.
Damage to materials or tools due to careless use by the client will be charged.

8. Use of Visual Material

Unless stated otherwise in advance, By Ashh may use images of her work for her portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
If desired, a consent form can be provided.

9. Waiting Hours on Location

Any waiting time between sessions (e.g., during shoots, weddings, or recordings) will be charged at a pre-agreed hourly or daily rate.

10. Early Start Times & Extra Time Slots

For appointments starting before 6:00 a.m., an early call fee of €50 is charged.
If the assignment is scheduled exceptionally early or late, arrangements may be made for adjusted time slots and extra fees.

11. Force Majeure & Illness

In cases of force majeure (e.g., illness, accident, death, natural disaster), By Ashh may cancel or reschedule the assignment without compensation.
By Ashh commits to arranging an equivalent replacement or discussing an alternative date if possible.
